What it means
Document combines fake CAPTCHA language with instructions to paste or run a command.
Why it fires
The document presents a CAPTCHA or human-verification frame and instructs the user to run a command through Win+R, Ctrl+V, PowerShell, cmd, mshta, or a comparable execution path. A CAPTCHA reference alone does not match.
