What it means
A legacy Excel SUPBOOK record references an HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP workbook location.
Why it fires
The analyzer parses BIFF record boundaries and decodes UTF-16 external-workbook names, including private-address destinations. These targets are useful provenance but have zero verdict weight because legitimate workbooks can retain historical external links.
